THE MEMBERSHIP

Terms & Conditions

The Reverie Studio Membership is designed to make consistent, intentional skincare part of your monthly ritual. Please review the following terms before enrolling.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

The Signature — $225/month
Includes one 75-minute Signature Facial each month.

The Elevated — $275/month
Includes one 90-minute Elevated Facial each month.

Membership pricing is exclusive to active members.

THREE-MONTH COMMITMENT

All memberships require an initial three-month commitment.

By enrolling, you agree to a minimum of three consecutive monthly membership payments.

Following the initial three-month commitment, your membership will continue automatically on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

MONTHLY BILLING

Membership payments are processed automatically each month using the payment method provided at enrollment.

By enrolling in The Membership, you authorize Reverie Studio to charge the applicable monthly membership fee to your payment method on file.

You agree to maintain a valid payment method for the duration of your membership.

Membership payments are not dependent upon whether you use your monthly treatment during that membership month.

AUTHORIZATION & BILLING DISPUTES

By enrolling in The Membership, you acknowledge that recurring membership charges are authorized by you and agreed to as part of your membership commitment.

You agree to contact Reverie Skin Studio directly regarding any questions, concerns, or suspected billing errors so that we may review and resolve the matter.

Your signed membership agreement and payment authorization may be retained as documentation of your enrollment and authorization in the event of a billing dispute.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to fraud, unauthorized charges, or documented billing errors.

YOUR MONTHLY TREATMENT

Each monthly payment includes one facial corresponding to your selected membership tier.

Monthly treatments must be used during the applicable membership month and do not roll over, accumulate, or convert to cash or account credit.

Membership treatments have no cash value.

CAN'T MAKE IT IN?

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way.

If you are unable to use your monthly treatment during a given membership month, you may gift that month's treatment to one friend or loved one.

Gifted treatments must:

• Be used during the same membership month

• Be arranged with Reverie Studio prior to the appointment

• Be used by one designated guest

• Follow Reverie Studio's standard cancellation policy

• Not be exchanged for cash, credit, or product

Unused treatments that are not gifted within the applicable membership month expire at the end of that month.

BIRTHDAY TREATMENT

As an Elevated member, you'll receive one complimentary CO2 Lift Treatment during your birthday month.

The birthday treatment must be redeemed during the applicable birthday month and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, product, or another service.

The birthday benefit is available only while your membership is active and in good standing.

CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Reverie Studio's standard cancellation policy applies to all membership appointments.

Appointments canceled with less than the required notice, as well as missed appointments, may be considered redeemed for that membership month.

A late cancellation or missed appointment does not eliminate or reduce the applicable monthly membership payment.

CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

After completing the initial three-month commitment, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Reverie Skin Studio directly.

Your membership will remain active until cancellation has been confirmed by Reverie.

Memberships cannot be canceled retroactively, and payments already processed are non-refundable except in the case of a documented billing error or as otherwise required by law.

CHANGING MEMBERSHIP TIERS

Members may request to change from The Signature to The Elevated, or from The Elevated to The Signature.

Changes are subject to Reverie Studio's availability and will take effect according to the billing schedule communicated by Reverie.

PAYMENT ISSUES

If a membership payment is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, Reverie may temporarily suspend membership benefits until the outstanding balance has been resolved.

A declined payment does not automatically cancel the membership or eliminate the applicable membership commitment.

MEMBERSHIP STATUS

Membership benefits are available only to active members whose accounts are current and in good standing.

Memberships are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

Monthly treatments may only be gifted in accordance with the gifting policy above.

AGREEMENT

By enrolling in The Membership, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

A separate Membership Agreement may also be provided by Reverie Studio for electronic signature and will document your membership enrollment, payment authorization, and agreement to these terms.

Reverie Skin Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice. Any changes will not retroactively alter the terms of a membership period that has already been paid for.
